Alexandre Gama is a Brazilian publicist and an entrepreneur. He is the creator and CEO of Neogama, a top advertising agency in Brazil. The company was the fastest rising agency in the Country three years after its creation and also the first in the country to win a lion at Cannes Film Festival during its first year of existence.
Alexandre Gama is the first Brazilian to be in a head position in a universal network of communications by being a Chief Executive Creative Officer of BBH. His advertising Career began in 1982 and he has worked for several advertising firms such as Ogilvy, DM9 Agency, Young and Rubicam among others.
In 2012, Mr Gama was appointed to be an associate of the Board of the Brazilian Association of Advertising Agencies (ABAP). This agency was in charge of preserving and circulating the interests of the advertising organizations in Brazil.
Apart from his involvement in advertising, he is also an entrepreneur. In 2014, he established the VIOLAB. This was an instrumental music venture of the Brazilian guitar and it included a recording studio, a YouTube channel, a seal and a Radio Program. Additionally, in 2016, he was included as the only Brazilian on the Global Creative Board, a group of 6 international top publicists in charge of evaluating policies as well as planning innovative opportunities for the holding corporations.
